Sample Questions for Paper V of UPSC Civil Service Main Exam 2013

Union Public Service Commission is ready to conduct Civil Service (Main) Exam 2013. The examination will commence from 1 December 2013. Here are some sample questions provided by UPSC to be asked in Paper V (Ethics, Integrity and Aptitude).

What do you understand by ‘Ethical Human Conduct’? In what way is it important to be ethical along with being professionally competent?
